The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Develop Business development- Executives into valuable High performing Executives
· Developing growth strategies and plans
· Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
· Increasing client base
· Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
· Writing business proposals
· Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
· Following industry trends locally and internationally
· Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
· Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
· Proven sales track record
· Experience in customer support is a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
· Proficiency in English
· Market knowledge
· Communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to build rapport
· Time management and planning skills
· Qualified in business administration, sales or relevant field
Meeting sales target in all business segment
Technical Sales - Handling Key account ,
Visit to the customers for generating enquiries and project Updates .
Preparing Quotations, Follow Up, providing Technical as well as Commercial
details. Attending technical and commercial meetings AND finalizing orders.
Involves lead generation
Cold calling, email marketing,
Meeting with clients with in office
Preparing Sales Presentations
Leads to sales conversion will be a evaluation criteria
Ability to give suitable services to client after consulting
Have general knowledge of industrial market
Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers -regarding inquiries, products and services available,
Conduct market competitive analysis to develop- roadmap and sales strategies to secure new business.
Willing to travel extensively
To collect details of new Projects, update on Competitors activities,
Coordinating with Principals on deliveries and other aspects
Good in communication
Expansions of business segments in an efficient and time bound manner
